The reviews could mislead by expecting too much. It is a basic, clean, adequate stop over hotel and for the price in Monte Carlo area, it serves the purpose. However without a taxi, we would never have found it, and the way up and down to the centre, is a maze. The self service breakfast was good (you boil your own eggs!)... More

Arrived at Nice airport for a brief two day stay. Hotel Forum was recommended for being well situated and literally on the Mont Carlo border. This being the height of the holiday season this was reasonable for MC at this time of year. The staff were friendly, spoke English and showed me to a very well equipped room. Very clean,... More

We stayed at this hotel because of it's proximity to Monaco. Pros: *Close to many attractions in Monaco (15 minute walk to the Casino and beach; 10 minute walk to the Jardin Exotique and Caves) *Close to Gare du Monaco (5 minute uphill walk to the hotel) *Breakfast included *Front desk staff were friendly except for the gentleman who checked... The good: rooms are OK, bathrooms are spacious and quite modern, the terrace is a bonus, breakfast is good, it's not too far down into the city by convenient lift, not far from train station, small supermarket close by for water etc. The bad: the guy on reception was nice, the lady that cleaned the room was very nice. Unfortunately... More

It may be only 100m from the station, but it's all uphill! Compact rooms, with view from roof (5th floor). Exotic seafood presentation on menu known to the locals. Good location and value. Lovely service by caring staff. Recommended for stopovers.

We stayed here whilst attending the Grand Prix Historique. This is a great place to base yourself for both exploring Monaco and easy access to everywhere. Just up the hill from the train station and bus stop, near to the lifts, great to walk. No where is far away. The room we had was clean, comfy beds, great pillows -... More

I stayed here while working nearby and it happened to be the weekend of The Monaco Grand Prix Historique. It is a 10 minute walk away from the track. (Including Lifts as it is so steep) Irene, the lady on reception was amazingly helpful. She could not do enough to assist me. I thank her whole heartily. My room was clean... More

We stayed at the Hotel Forum for three nights in April 2014. It was very clean and our room had a view over the roof tops of Monaco to the sea. The seaside is quieter than the road (hill) side. The Hotel offer middle level accommodation and is very well located. You can walk everywhere. The staff speak multiple languages... More

Stayed here for the Monte Carlo Tennis Masters. Train station easy to get to. Go out the hotel and turn left, walk down the stairs and follow the road round and you find the escalators that take you down to the train station or Port Hercule. Hotel is on the border to Monaco and the view from the terrace is... More

Nice breakfast, with fruits, pastry and cereals, Staff is very friendly, people speaking many languages. Walking distance to the train station (on a hill), on a street a little bit noisy during the night. Very good value in the area.
