We were made to feel very welcome during our stay at the Mediterraneo and thoroughly enjoyed our short break here. Our decent room at the back of the hotel was moderately sized, but clean and modern, with a balcony overlooking the sea & beach. Sardinian hotels all seem to be competing with one another to see which of them can... More

I stayed here for a week with my partner during the summer and loved it. All the staff, right down to the young men in the restaurant, were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the building and grounds were just faultless. You can walk through the gardens, being careful not to distrupt the swans and family of... More

There is few hotels in this town which are very similar. But there's one thing that places Mediterraneo higher. The garden. Other hotels stay near the street, but Mediterraneo is placed near beautiful garden (there's restaurant where we were eating breakfast) with pond, swans, ducks and even turtle. The beach is just behind this garden. It looks great. The staff... More

The hotel is well placed on the beach and indeed it does have a pretty garden and well presented public areas. The staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Our gripe was the €122 rate for a very small room, crammed with an extra bed and old, utility style furniture and a tatty bathroom with no toiletries. The... More

We stayed at the Hotel Mediterraneo, a medium sized family run hotel, for six nights in late April 2013 having read good reviews on booking.com and here. We ended up in a top floor room looking out to sea and the nearby islets - a beautiful view. We booked B&B but ate at the hotel's restaurant for 3 of our... More

Really good value family run hotel. We had a double room with a sea view on the top floor-bathroom was small and could do with an upgrade. Restaurant food is of a good standard and has a nice atmosphere although we didn't really know what we were being charged until we checked out as bills didn't seem to be presented... More

My wife and I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel as part of our five week motoring holiday in Italy. It's quiet location in its own gardens and having its own private beach make for a pretty special stay. The hotel owner Roberto and his staff are justifiably proud of a well run and value for money family hotel. The... More

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The room was up to par, the view from the balcony was amazing. The food in the restaurant was excellent, although the breakfast selection wasn't the greatest. My husband and I ate dinner at the hotel twice during our stay and it was simply delicious. The most pleasant experience of our stay was... More

The room was beautifully done, with attention to detail, and real quality items of furniture. We had a wonderful view across the garden and down to the sea. The garden is a great asset of the hotel, with ducks, swans and a turtle to look at. The beach is a walk of about a minute. Breakfast was lovely, as was... More

I enjoyed the lobby and bar areas, with spacious veranda and porch looking out onto the garden and pond with two swans. The hotel had a pleasing, quiet atmosphere, restful but well located. Breakfast buffet was excellent and bountiful. Internet worked. Staff were very helpful with several special requests, such as the nearest self service laundry. We stayed two nights,... More
