“Nice resort in an isolated area”

Stayed in this hotel for two nights last April. The resort is located in an isolated area and a bit hard to find if you travel by night. Public areas are very nice and well-maintained. The rooms are nicely decorated but too small, mainly if we take into consideration that this is a 5* rated hotel. We really didn't feel... more

I went there in February and I choose Alentejo since it seemed to be one of the most beautiful places in Portugal. The photos that I seen were amazing, the views, the nature are spectacular. I started preparing my trip, and I found Charcas Resort in the Internet, it looked just great, but as I was looking for something more... more

I agree with the previous review but I would like to add that this Hotel is not good value for money. The rooms are too small, the SPA is poor, the restaurant is average. It is a regular 3 star. I stayed in March. I was expecting much more from an SLH member. The view is amazing!! more

I have just returned from a two nights stay at this new hotel. For the moment they have only rooms and suits in the main building. Adjacent bungalows are now being built.
