A hop skip and a jump (1.5hours) from the craziness of Sydney is this peaceful mountain oasis. Fresh air, beaut smiles and some furry 4 legged creatures make your acquaintance when you arrive at Ghost Hill Road. Brenda is an accommodating host, nothing is ever too much bother. It's nice to go away and not to have to think of... More

Fantastic experience with lovely personal service. From get get go communication was excellent, friendly and personal. The cabin was beautiful and fully stocked to make the stay a pleasant one. Breakfast, dinner, condiments. Cheese platter with fruit on arrival, music playing lights on. Videos to watch on a flat screen TV. Fireplace was cosy and there is also air-conditioning. We... More

Ghost Hill is a great spot off the beaten track! The attention to detail was great to experience and we weren't wanting for anything. Even our lunch reservation was taken care of! The accommodation is comfortable and neat, having a fully-stocked fridge was a real treat and an endless supply of fire wood was well used! The cabin offered ample... More

So relaxing and quiet beautiful accomodation, however reading the other reviews I guess Brenda was having a bad couple of days and she was not th lovely host I was looking forward to meeting. I was travelling with my friend ( we are both female) I guess on checking in she made an assumption . There was no fire wood... More

Michelle, Thanks for your review. We always appreciate an honest opinion of our service. I guess we are human and have bad days sometimes, Brenda was unwell recently perhaps that had something to do with your experience. We normally leave what we believe is plenty of firewood, we would have supplied more if you had asked. I will keep a... More

Can't recommend this place highly enough if you are looking for somewhere quiet to unwind from city life. Huge TV with lots of DVD's to watch, well equipped kitchen plus BBQ, comfy bed and lovely big bath. You can order BBQ baskets, which I'd highly recommend and take part in the yoga on Tues, Thur and Sat mornings (free), we... More

We absolutely love staying at Ghost Hill Road. It has become a favourite spot to wind down & relax. Brenda is a lovely host, welcoming & friendly (in addition to being a skilled masseur & yoga instructor)... The property is so serene & peaceful. There are three accommodation options, with slightly different size and feel to each. Within an hour... More

I came here with my boyfriend a few months ago for a couple of relaxing nights and found the surroundings beautiful, the animals friendly but not overbearing and the hosts completely lovely. I will be back!

The most gorgeous Aussie bush shack, with all the comforts you could possibly need inside its doors. 2 bedrooms both with King size beds. Double size spa. Log fire. Huge TV ( movies to choose from if you like) CD... More

My hubby & I stayed in New Moon for 4 nights thanks to a Red Balloon prize. There is nothing comparable in Qld and the 16 hr drive was so worth it. Brenda had everything in our cottage, the hampers, soft music, etc. Brenda and Alan left us to enjoy the peace and tranquility of their property but were as... More

We stayed in the Half Moon cottage and enjoyed every moment of it. We particularly loved the log fire experience, spa, complimentary morning yoga and breakfast. The homemade yogurt was the best! As we were having a girls weekend away the Tomah Botanical Gardens was exactly what we wanted to experience. A long walk in nature and upon our return... More
