The Posterlon is a renovated 17th century curial residence just west of the Luberon. It's really the perfect base for seeing Provence in a relaxing way. Hosts Patricia and Pascal renovated the place themselves, and their true hospitality, warmth, and assistance reflect their dedication to running this beautiful and charming inn. The rooms themselves are very large, airy, clean, simply... More

My family and I stayed on the 2nd floor of Le Posterlon in July and we had the whole floor to ourself. We were surrounded by beautiful views of the mountains and the church next to us. We've been traveling quite a bit through Europe and my husband thought Le Posterlon had the most character and value out of all... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the two days we stayed here. Patricia is marvelous. The place is very difficult to find but once there it is so worth it. The accommodations, friendliness, and overall hospitality are the best we had in France. She does park your car for you which is a HUGE benefit, however, I'd still recommend driving there in something... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in early June and loved it! Caumont as a town is quiet and small, but we used this as a base for day trips to Avignon, l'ile sur le sorgue and the lavender fields. The downside of staying here is the lack of good eateries. We had to drive in to l'ile sur le... More

This was the second year we stayed at Le Posterlon. Both times in May. The building has been remodeled with great taste by Patricia and Pascal and the great work and dedication to details shows everywhere you look. The hosts were terrific and accommodating to every need we had without problems. We hope to be back soon in Provence and... More

My husband and I stayed here in September, we love this place. Patricia and Pascal are wonderful, attentive hosts. The breakfast was fantastic, with one day notice, Patricia will prepare for you an amazing dinner. Patricia has decorated and even has painted all the paintings in the rooms. She is an artist, chef, very fun, energetic and caring. Nothing is... More

We stayed here for 1 night in August. We stayed in Pascal and Patricia's son's room because it was overbooked, but the room was nice and spacious so we felt like we had been upgraded at a lower price! The pool was nice and the garden was relaxing. Breakfast was served in the garden and it was simple and tasty.... More

We spent 3 nights there last week in the Cote Alpilles suite on the top floor with my wife and teenage daughter. The rate was very reasonable at $130 euro per night and gave us plenty of room to spread out. Patricia, Pascal and their son Valentin are all gracious hosts. Patricia was very attentive making dinner reservations and drawing... More

When we arrived Patricia told us to leave our car keys on the hook in the kitchen and they would juggle the cars in and out of the garage. That was a relief for us. It was like having valet service. Next she told us we had our choice of the suite on the second floor or the one on... More
