Telkibanya is a hot spot for a bit of untouched Hungary, and nature. A small village in a valley in a dark forested mountains. But the "Panzio" could be nice place to take a break, but the whole place is strange. The public areas are kind of well decorated, small but nice rooms in the nineties style. And the main problem - as usually in Hungary - is the staff. They not getting seriously the low season guests, as myself. Good point the parking, the free wifi, the swimming pool. The prices are far too high for this quality of service especially in this area. The prices has to be at least the half of the Budapest prices. Altogether, Telkibanya is a must see cute village, but not from this Panzio view. more
