This hotel is run by the hard-working, attentive and friendly Luiz. It's a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and cool, and the service is everything you could ask for and more. Myself, my wife and three boys (10, 8 and 7) stayed here and loved every moment. Luis and his team were fantastic hosts. The cabins were clean well equipped and restaurant was excellent. Luis is the best! Awesome service, rooms and food. AC with TV and mini fridge....hammock on the deck...what more could one ask for. A view of the sea....included with the best sunsets in town. I have stayed at Hotel Solymar many time in the past 5 years. It's always the best time spent in all of Panama!

Beautiful view, good rooms with AC, and good food make this place a great place to stay. The owner, Luis, makes it an amazing place.
