Stopped here many times to eat. Always lovely food. However had lunch today, waited nearly 20mins to order. A lot of unhappy people waiting on food. A customer paying had to tell waitress we had been waiting as she had ignored us and took another food order from couple who entered after us. We didn't even get offered a drink.... More

We had twin room booked. We arrived at 6.45pm for check in.The receptionist said our room wasn't ready yet,we were surprised at this, they said Galway races were on and they had late check out. When I repeated back " late check out" ,they said that their was also a plumbing problem ,and that the room could be ready at around 7pm.... More

We stayed here recently as we attending a wedding in the area. We had 11 rooms booked, a party of 23 guests. The staff were very friendly, courteous and the couple of minor problems we had, were sorted out immediately. The duty manager, Sebastian, is especially deserving of a mention, as for some reason, the key cards to our own... More

We had a pre-wedding session away at this hotel and thought it would be very far from the city. However, we were assured by a lovely girl in the staff that it was just a cheap cab ride to the city and back and she was write. We were offered a residence bar when booking but came back to the... More

I recently travelled here with a few friends. There were 3 of us in 1 room and we only got 1 key card. We asked for another and was told as the hotel was full they didn't have enough to go around. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and when we were leaving for some sightseeing we asked... More

Stooped for lunch today, the only positive I can say is that the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was poor, I ended up having about 5 chips and my companion did likewise and had some of her sandwich. I went to pay and said I'd pay for a sandwich only the waitress said no problem and did apologise... More

Stopped off here today on our way home for lunch after being away in Westport for the weekend. Very friendly staff, good service, good food and reasonably price. It's worth stopping off here for a quick bite while on the road.
