We rented Bridge Farmhouse for our family Christmas and would certainly recommend this for other large groups. All the bedrooms are lovely - we normally have a bit of a "pulling straws" type exercise as it is rare that large houses have bedrooms that are all of the same standard but this was not the case here and we were... This was our fourth stay at Bridge Farmhouse. The owner, Ido, is really accommodating and the farmhouse can cater for us although we're a big party. The bedrooms are well sized and the reception rooms are spacious, and the house has a traditional feel while providing all the modern facilities, such as contemporary bathrooms. The kitchen is small for the... More

After having an absolute nightmare with a previous booking at another property (owner phoned 18 hours before check in to inform that property had flooded earlier in the week) Ido and Alison were fantastic in saving our weekend away with very short notice! We had 20 adults down for a 3 day stay celebrating a few joint birthdays and the... More

Everything was great here - 8 lovely bedrooms, with ensuite showers, plus two bathrooms. We ranged in age from 2 to 94 - so benefitted from a family room that catered for the two children and a downstairs bedroom adapted for disabilities for our elderly mum. The dining room just about squeezed all 21 of us around a big table,... More

5 couples, 6 children and you wouldn't have know as there was so much space in Bridge Farm. The garden was huge and beautiful with an apple tree which occupied the children, and a gorgeous stream which is so shallow it almost acts as a paddling pool! The farm itself has tons of English charm, everywhere you look, there is... More

I celebrated my 60th birthday family weekend at the Farmhouse. There were 20 of us ranging from 7 years to 81 years old. We all had a great time. The accommodation was comfortable country house style and very relaxing. We arrived on the Friday afternoon to find the log fires burning and complimentary scones and jam. All the rooms were... We emailed the bridge house email address enquiring about renting the whole property including the adjoining cottages for a long weekend to house our wedding guests. This was also enquiring about holding a family BBQ catered on the Friday evening for people who had a long journey. I had no response from either email provided so my fiancée called up... More

Our large party of 14 adults and 4 children ranging from 9 months to 87 years were all comfortably accommodated at Bridge Farmhouse, Britford. All eight bedrooms had en-suite facilities and a separate bathroom was handy. The beds were all doubles but several rooms also had a full size single bed for those who usually prefer singles. Fantastic dining room... More

18 of us descended on Bridge Farm for a birthday celebration at the end of Jan/early Feb. Our group consisted of 13 adults & five children, age range from 6 months to 73 yrs.
