Worst Iftar we've ever hosted. Would not recommend it to others. Based on friend's past experience we decided to host our company Iftar at this hotel. The buffet price is MYR 89nett, its the price during early-bird promotion, also actual price during Ramadan. A little pricy but it was convenient for us since its close to office. Booking is made... I checked in on Friday 19th April 2014 for a 2 night's stay. It was about 9.30 pm and I was exhausted. There was only a woman and myself at the check in counter. I was standing there for almost 20 minutes as there was 2 employees and the assistant front desk manager who was more inclined to deal with... More

First you will have Ampang Point right next to it, which a decent mall. Second you will have a Korean village nearby so finding Korean food is not an issue. It is an old hotel, what I know is you will see quite often government servant coming for an event and stayed there. The WOW factor is not there, for... More

Not sure how they earned this unless halal/syariah compliant means dirty, poor service, smelly and noisy....... It's an embarrassment for the term used. Location is good, no doubt. Facilities nearby convenient. But location can only do so much to a terrible hotel. Avoid it like the plague.

Stayed here 2 nights, after last visit in 2012 and first visit in 2006. The hotel doesn't change at all, still with the same old sad looking bed, furniture and bathroom. The indian housekeeper was also unfriendly when I tried to be nice to her. The smell of old furniture can be sensed everywhere at the hotel. The only good... More

I booked this hotel to attend a national conference. Obviously I need an internet connection to make my work done. However, no wifi offered in the room eventhough I made a complaint to the hotel receptionist. The worst experience ever with the hotel service and reception (slow to make action). I should never go and recommend this hotel to my... More

I stayed 3 nights. De Palma did NOT leave an impression on me. It was just a place to sleep. My colleague were not impressed and neither was my boss. We had minimal contact with the staff, but when we did, they were often very flippant and not friendly. The staff were just not so pleasant. Not so good experiance and... More
