You alight from the short ferry crossing across the road into the car park -very convenient. Friendly staff & very good food both in the evening & for breakfast. However we had a few problems - little heating in the room & only a small heater in the large bathroom in which the socket for my electric razor didn't work.... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the beginning of the month for two nights. Although the hotel requires a ferry crossing (2 minutes compared to the hour long trip around the loch) it's well worth it as the views from the hotel room are fantastic. Our room was clean and comfy and had tea and coffee facilities. We ate at... More

arrived on Friday 12th with my daughter and her husband and were instantly made welcome by the staff ,the rooms were warm and comfortable with great views across the loch. We ate in the hotel both nights and the food was lovely with fresh local produce used whenever possible. The area is great for hillwalkers and skiers but if you... More

Stayed two nights here. Comfy room, lots of hot water. You will need to book for a meal if the Inn is busy. Nice, friendly staff. Worth taking the ferry over as it cuts out a longer drive and the ferry is very regular. The Inn is out of the way and it was nice just to chill when we... More

Stayed here before with my family and we loved it. This time I went as part of a group of motorcyclists. Parking is very convenient. A very warm welcome on arrival and the rooms were spotlessly clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The drying room was a Godsend at the end of a long day's riding. The food is excellent... Thank-you for your review. It was good to see you again and we are all pleased you and your group enjoyed your stay. The drying-room is a must for all who venture out on the wet and windy days and it's good to see it getting put to proper use rather than just for drying our laundry!! More

Booked as a Two Day away break and glad we did. We know the area but had never stayed before and found it a good spot for our venturing around the area on the west side of the Loch. We were warmly greeted, as was our dog. We found our room, which was front facing, warm, clean and comfortable. The... More

The trip up was good, the ferry is quick and convenient, £7 per crossing, or you can take the 35 mile round the Loch, if you way up the petrol cost and time taken the 3 minute ferry is worth it, plus the people who run it are friendly, arrived Sunday evening, good parking facilities direct from ferry, reception friendly,... Thank-you for your kind words. It was a pleasure to welcome you and your husband and we all hope to see you again soon. With reference to the windows, I agree, they can be drafty when the north-easterly blows. Finances permitting, we are hoping to fit secondary double glazing later in the year or in 2014. This should also help... More

Arrived, as indicated at the back door proceeded to "Reception" to be met by an overwhelming stench of old cooking oil!!! Room clean, shower very good, noise from ferry incredible.
