Last February we celebrated our wedding in the beautiful garden of Prainha Hotel. We had come to know of the resort a year ago and fell immediately in love with this place. The rooms are decorated in a traditional colonial style with an amazing view of the sunset on the Arabian sea (from the sea side rooms). The staff is... More

This resort is one of the best resorts I have stayed in recent times. The rooms are clean and cozy..... in fact romantic. The furniture is old-fashioned but it compliments the resort as a perfect match. The restaurant is open, facing the sea and serves a variety of delicious goan food. They have good options for breakfast also. The swimming... More

I stayed for four nights at Prainha recently, on a vacation trip with friends. It had been recommended by a friend and we finally chose it for two main reasons. First, it sounded like a small, old-fashioned hotel - a quiet oasis rather than a bustling resort. Second, we couldn't decide between north and south goa beaches and Prainha is... More

My husband and myself stayed at Prainha Resort for 3 nights in Mar'15. Our overall experience was good; but not outstanding. Location: Beach facing rooms on a quiet cove of Donna Paula, the resort is well located. Close to Donna Paula, the resort is a 10min bike ride from Miramar Beach and a 15min bike ride from Panjim city. Resort:... More

Very classy ambience and architecture. Perhaps it's an old famous resort renovated. So don't expect the modern styles and facilities. But it has a charm of its own. Very impressive services. Special thanks to Mr. Samuel. They have an amazing private beach facing restaurant deck next to the pool. Totally a romantic place. In short the best romantic, classic place... More

Such a lovely, hidden spot right in the middle of busy Dona Paula. Magnificent scenery and garden with tall palmtrees and green grass overlooking the sea and the pool. All you hear is the waves of the Arabian Sea on the almost private beach. Food is good but service bit slow. Come here to chill by the pool for a... More

I say a real getaway because while the property is absolutely lovely, your connectivity is not. I was here for work but came in a bit early to get a good night's sleep before the conference started. The staff upgraded me to a sea-view cottage after I had to walk the .6 km down a bumpy road that was being... More

Went to the hotel for a wedding and I had a great time. The accommodation was cosy. We had a little cottage with a view of the pool and beach. Only point to mention was sound insulation with one of the neighbouring rooms wasn't great due to a shared locked door. The pool and the beach was great. Felt very... More

My family and I stayed at the Prainha hotel for 5 nights. As we had come for a family wedding, pretty much the whole hotel was taken over by our family members! The rooms are modern and spacious, equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV a small fridge, and have enough space for a spare bed if your group is an... More

Wonderful hotel with clean rooms, relaxed cottages and an almost private beach. The pool is well maintained and a great place to spend an afternoon. Food was quite pricey for the standard on offer, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area, so this isn't a deal breaker. The main (external) access road is currently being repaired, though I... More
