Stayed recently for the World Agility Open Championship. Room was fine, food was fine, staff were all friendly and very helpful and the breakfast bag that we got when leaving (we had to leave at 6am) was superb. If I ever came back to the area this is the hotel I would be staying at. Lovely walks around the hotel,... More

This is our "go too" spa hotel in Holland. Just an hour's drive from Amsterdam, set in a lush pine forest and architecturally reminiscent of the classic Dutch castles, but contemporary. Free parking and use of the fabulous spa, great indoor pool and lovely sun terrace; all part of the very reasonable room rate. Breakfast is also included and is... More

First time ever I had to leave a hotel to get my work done. As a business user, I checked in early to prepare two workshops I would do the next morning. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi connection possible in my room. Since the hotel lies in the woods , local data (sim) wasn't possible either. There was no other... More

Usually when I'm staying in the Netherland I'm wondering how the perception of a good hotel differs between countries Hotel de Heerlickheijd van Ermelo is supposed to be an excellent and luxurious hotel. If You are not Dutch, Your perception may be unfortunately completely different Poor breakfast. Small standard room and bathroom. 2 small beds connected together but not allowing... More

This hotel in the green belt of The Netherlands (Veluwe) is a decent and modest hotel for meetings and conferences. Friendly staff, nice bar, frontoffice and big parkingplace. Rooms are nicely decorated (203) with coffee/tea facilities but no minibar/fridge and a smalll bathroom. Wifi not steady in all locations.

Had to sleep here some nights for business. The Pool: Good, free to use for hotel guests, open from 7-23. Pretty good, nice temperature. No lifeguard at duty. The breakfast: Reasonable, here are some points to be made. Manager: go look around in other "4 star hotels" and check the breakfast. Also between 8 and 9 very crowded with dutch... More

We went for 1night. Room is veryveryvery simple for 4stars! Furniture is outdated. For 100 euro low season could be better. Pool is nice, sauna is mixed and has good facilities, whirlpool in the swimming pool hardly worked (was off most of the times) Front desk was friendly, so was the restaurant stuff. Breakfast is nice. In general the Hotel... More

Great location, in a peaceful rural part of Holland. Great for conferences, weddings etc. Pleasant, helpfull and efficient staff. Rooms need modernising. I did not like the headboard crudely bolted to the wall. The room had a very limited number of mains power outlets. The airco was struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was rather cramped. Sound proofing... More

Stayed here for a conference. Nice peaceful location and great hotel. Arrived late on Monday night to find kitchen shut at 9pm! However, the staff were helpful and made me a salad. Rooms were large and clean. Good size bed with good facilities. Gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel. Location is in the middle of... More
