I visit Fletcher - which used to be Mercure - regularly for business appointments. I have not actually slept there. The bar/restaurant area is okay. They provide free wifi though it doesn't always work. They charge you for parking even when you eat or drink there. I typically park at the neighbouring McDonalds parking which is free, but still I... More

Overall a very pleasant stay at your hotel. Employees very courteous. Just a little improvements may be made on renovating some of the furniture in my room and bathroom door. I loved the free Wi-Fi service. I was connected from my room! Also the free use of the computer. Breakfast was very good but if I had a longer stay,... More

A very attractive property from the outside, although quite hard to get to by car - follow signs for McDonalds and you will succeed! Inside, the hotel is quite dark and in need of updating. My room was very clean but very dated and the furniture was chipped and rather scruffy. The lighting in the room was very gloomy and... More

Great breakfast. Rooms were clean. Bathroom shower facility was reasonable size. Hotel staff were friendly and over the top helpful. Staff passed on to us "must see" sightseeing tips for our 1 day visit into the city. We took advantage of tips and thoroughly enjoyed our day spent in Den Bosch. Thanks to advice and friendliness of hotel staff we... More

I stayed for one night while in Den Bosch. Convenient location near the ring road, the TomTom map is not updated to the current road layout, you can follow the small hotel signs or the more prominent "Mc drive" signs. Just ten minutes to the city centre. Quiet room, good shower, comfortable bed and a good breakfast - everything I... More

I stayed at the Fletcher Hotel, 's-Hertogenbosch as part of a 5-day business trip to the Netherlands (the hotel formerly belonged to the Mercure hotel group – it has since 1st September been taken over by the Fletcher hotel group). The welcome was very friendly and the staff are very polite with none of that oiliness that you get in... More

When we booked this hotel, it was Mecure a name you can trust and at 4 stars we thought we would have some comfort and luxury. Only to find the week before we left that it had been took over on 1 Sept by Fletcher Hotels. On arrival staff were fantastic, faultless. The room was a huge let down. Broken... More

We used this hotel the night before taking the car-train to Italy. It is close to the ring-road and 10 minutes from the train station. I agree with previous comments on it being difficult to find because the road junction has changed. We too followed signs to McDonalds in the opposite direction (right instead of left) and the road winds... More

The hotel was hard to find, but this was due to rearangements of the high way ramps. Follow the signs for the local McDonalds and you find the Mercure in the back end of McD's parking. Also just park out there and save some coins. Hotel as such almost fits the Mercure standards but no more.
