Really lovely hotel to stayed at and great location . Would recommend for friend and families. Amazingly comfortable bed, beautifully fresh clean room, greeted by lovely staff, warm welcome and excellent customer services.

It's a great location but I was asked to give up a family room for double room by phone , Central booking team . What I got was a twin room and no solution.at local level and this spoilt my stay. If asked again I will be less helpful sadly. Staff friendly

This hotel is very dated, is in need of an overhaul. We had a family room and the room clearly wasn't big enough, all three beds were pushed up against one another. The beds were like concrete blocks, even the children complained. There was a Toby restaurant on the side of the hotel, which was too small, they couldn't take... More

Travel lodge have always been consistently high on cleanliness, this lodge has been welcoming. The room was clean and I have no reluctance in recommending this lodge to anyone who needs to stay in this part of Kent

The room was comfortable and the bed was one of the best we have had in a hotel, however there was a constant sound like an air conditioning unit maybe from near the room and a rushing or hissing sound in the bathroom all the time. I should emphasise that we did not complain as we're on family business and... More

Firstly I did leave a review via the Travelodge Website with my email address forelana54@orangehome.co.uk This Travelodge is in a beautiful location and has a Toby Carvery next door. My room was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. If you need accommodation in this area then I would highly recommend it.

This Travelodge is in a lovely location and right next door is a really good Toby Carvery. If you need a place to stay in the area then I would definitely recommend this place. The one thing special that is offered is it's Dog friendly accommodation.so for dog owners it's perfect.

Stayed here for just the one night in a family room for 3...well worth the money ! Checking in was easy & very polite, But the walls are a bit thin as you could hear next door performing !! ? not good when you have a family room & try to explain what the noises are, TV maybe (Not)....06:00 hmmmm....... I stayed at this hotel due to working nearby and I was genuinely surprised about how nice the hotel is. Deanna is one of the friendliest and most helpful receptionists I have ever met and is a genuine asset to the company! She was very helpful when I came in from a long shift looking for something to eat locally... More

Had a very comfortable two nights stay for a wedding. Clean and tidy room. Comfy bed. Helpful and friendly staff. All you can eat breakfast next door was very popular so busy but plenty of room and if you like Yorkshire puddings for breakfast they have giant ones.
