The hotel fits with the standard of its price category: a large and comfortable room, good restaurant, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and nice facilities. Unfortunately, it also adopts a policy that is not uncommon in the more expensive hotels: asking extra charges for services that should be standardly included. Wifi should be costless in one's room (and not only... More

In so many ways our stay was both positive and negative. For example, the sales and marketing manager made himself known and was extremely friendly and helpful each time I saw him. On the other hand, a young woman at reception could not recommend one single restaurant within walking distance. (I found them myself with TripAdvisor). The swimming pool was... More

A large (enough to get lost in) and slightly impersonal hotel but the rooms are comfortable, the staff are pleasant enough and the facilities excellent - indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety but the evening meals were a disappointment, buffet style and often repeated. Atrocious wi-fi offering for this day and age.

never seen such a tiny bed in a hotel that expensive. my 185cm couldnt fit entirely in it... as for the internet, they sell you for 7€ a telekom card for 24h, with the price written on it: 4,95€! thats already a good start... but the joke does not stop here! you have to actually chose which of your devices... First of all let me start with the good of course... Nice Hotel , staff was friendly and dressed up to boot , the overall impression was exciting to say the least , our rooms was well appointed , but the layout was weird , the TV was way to far from the bed , although we could have sat... More

We had a sales partners meeting in The Monarch Hotel. The room was simple with a quiet small bed. Illumination was not adequate. The breakfast was super.Food in lunch and dinner; served as open buffet was quiet tasty. The hotel has a spa but due to our heavt schedule, I could not visit this part.

We went to The Monarch Hotel over the long weekend, skeptical that the hotel may be too full. Instead we found a very nice mix of people and not so crowded. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location, near the Thermal bath. It is also 30 minutes drive to Ingolstadt Village in case you want to do some... More

I spent there one night during a business trip. The location is not so exciting or at least for young men, there's noone outside after 9 o'clock in the evening and the city centre is ZERO. Nevertheless the Hotel is really good. Even its huge dimension it's quite and relaxant. SPA is ok, the same are the two restaurants and... More

Its our first time to the spa/health resort town of Bad Goegging, which is just an hour's drive from Munich. We stayed for 2 nights at the Monarch Hotel. Its a huge hotel with its own convention center and many conference rooms, although the hotel was full of vacationers. The reception and service personnel were very efficient and friendly, there... My family and I were in the region for a wedding. Due to a technical problem in the hotel where we originally were booked in, we decided to change our accommodation. By chance we found this very beautiful hotel that was able to accommodate us as a walk-in around midnight. The hotel is obviously a conference hotel but numerous leisure... More
