The hotel website makes the hotel look as though it is set in a forest. In fact it is at the back of a residential area and the forest is on the other side of a busy highway right next door to the hotel. It was not how we pictured it.
Despite this it was a nice hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient and made you feel welcome. Our room # 134 was supposed to be a superior room but was lacking the obligatory balcony. The room was huge and had all you could ask for regarding furniture and storage. There was coffee facilities and a welcome chocolate. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was useable but was a bit short of shelf space. The hot water service took forever to warm up. Alas there was no view as the room overlooks the glass topped atrium that serves as the hotel foyer. The downside to this we found was that the foyer lights shone all night and the curtains struggled to keep it out. We were also disappointed to discover that the lift motor room was next door... more
