The room was good, bed was big,all clean and well stocked coffee, towels etc. Considering it's attached the the Robin Hood venue and on the street, I slept really well, didn't get much noise at all.there were two receptionists who were really helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble, the cleaner was great too. Great place at reasonable prices.

Slightly disconcerting when you arrive. It is a music venue with rooms attached. Feels a bit like being in a pub with rooms. You need to book before 5:30pm since the admin people are not there after that time. Could just hear the music, but not really a problem. TV was very high on the wall, awkward angle to watch... We arrived around 8pm to find the hotel reception was closed. Our keys had been left at the take away attached to the venue. The room was spotless but extremely small. In fact I have never stayed in a hotel room as small as that one. We were attending a gig at the venue and needed a place to spend... More

We arrived at 3:30am & it was closed. So we called all the numbers on the door including the after 8pm mobile number (I have proof of all times & dates) but still no answer after several calls. Eventually someone answered & said we called the wrong number & put the phone down. We called it again but they picked... More

I as owner of the business I welcome genuine customer feedback both positive & negative to assess our performance in all aspects of our services I wouldn’t normally respond to a review but due to the amount of miss-information in this particular revue I think a response is necessary. The facts are as follows- • Our normal check in times... More

Quiet, clean towels and bad linnen. The staff is kind. My room was a little small because of the big size bad covering all the space and the cattle was not so clean. It is half an hour by bus from Wolverhampton.

Not great impressions from the outside to be brutally honest, but rooms were clean with fresh bedding and towels. Post-gig accommodation which does exactly what it says on the tin; we stayed in room number 1, which sleeps 3 adults at a squeeze and has disabled facilities. Front facing to the main road on the ground floor, it's probably not... More

If you want a stinking, dirty, rotton and noisey room then this is the place for you. I never expected this place to be fantastic, after all you get what you pay for right? But I don't expect a room which smells like nothing short of a stale old pub which hasn't had a refurb for 100years! I don't expect... More

Booked this concert at The Robin 2 quite late and needed a hotel to stay at that evening so I thought I would give The Robin Hotel a try. On arrival the staff were extremely helpful and informative. The room (Room 7) was clean and well appointed (TV, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite shower room/Toilet). The full English... More

we stay at this hotel all the time. its not posh, its not luxurious, its not up to date, BUT, its clean, it offers comfy beds, it gives you a truckers breakfast, and after a gig you can literally fall into bed from the venue. we will continue to use the R2 again and again, already booked in several times...
