Nuts Huts is a pleasant but very basic place to stay. The bamboo cottages are simple but comfortable. Your right in the middle of the jungle, surrounded by the rich jungle smell and sounds of wildlife. The trek into and out of nuts is a bit of a pain and if your as lazy and prone to complaining as my... More

It was a disappointing stay at Nuts Huts. The value for money is not very good. Friendly staff but very un-knowledgeable. Everything we asked is answered with "I don't know" BUT with a smile on their faces. The only good points were the view from the restaurant (which was fairly expensive and every time you order the same thing it'd... More

The resort is situated in an amazing position, with a stunning view of the Loboc River. To get to the resort you have to walk a 800 meters off-road but don't let this scare you.. The place deserves the walk! The room was nice, we stayed in a vip hut called Start Trek. Amazing view on the river and we... More

My partner and I stayed at Nuts Huts in one of the double rooms with fan - not the cheapest room. Nuts Huts is a friendly, peaceful oasis in what feels like the middle of the jungle. All of the staff of helpful and kind. The river is glorious to swim in and there is a nice walk to the... More

We have mixed feelings about this place. We stayed 3 nights but had originally planned to stay longer. The staff were friendly & helpful, and they served up great food. The dining & lounging area was a really nice feature, & made all the steps worth it. We were not as thrilled by the riverside huts, though. We had a... More

Dear Travellers and Reviewers, Thanks for the many positive comments! We are keeping up standards and it is good to read our guests are happy here. There are a number of (minor) issues in recent posts brought up by reviewers who are generally happy about their stay in Nuts Huts and also – rightfully so – point out some ‘discomforts’... More

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay here. We did a half day trek with a guy called Pedro, who lives other side of the river, and it was very nice and cheap as well. We walked up the mountain and entered few caves full of bats. We also saw some scorpion spiders as well! Ask about the trek from... More

Bit of a trick to get there but worth it in the end! being able to swim in the river, lazy around in the common area was awesome. the restaurant was good but a shame because it was the only place you could buy food so the staff were a bit grumpy that we wanted a cup of hot water... More

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at nuts huts. The lounge/restaurant area is great and is really what makes the whole experience. Our room was was fine though the bathroom wasn't the nicest and you unfortunately get a lot of noise from the riverboats during a lot of the day. The food is good and staff is very... More

Totally different than other hostel. In the middle of the nature, no wifi. Very peaceful place to relax and great location to discover the Island. Totally worth it to stay at least 2 nights. Brilliant food and very helpful and nice staff. Dont be afraid of stairs

We had a wonderfull time in those woden, natural huts situated along the emerald Loboc river. Every hut has it´s own name and has a breathteaking view over Loboc river. Clean natural park with flowers and goats is placed around all huts. Every hut provides wooden furniture, wooden bed with mosquito net above to preclude mosquito bite. But there were... More
