We have stayed for 3 nights in Nipa Hut Village. The room was very basic (flush your toilet with a bucket of water ;-)) but fine for us. There was a mosquitonet in the room, you really need that. In the morning, you can start your day with swimming in the river, so nice! And when you want to have... More

If you want to get the outdoor rainforest hut experience then this place is great. It is VERY basic but we had a great time. We rented scooters for 500 paso/ day and we're able to do most things in one day on them. The dinner and breakfast are ok. For the price it's good value if it's the kind... More

Great prices for the rooms. The staff are friendly and can cook for you. It's kinda secluded which is great for quiet time but might be hard to meet ppl if ur solo. Although there isn't much going on in loboc anyway. I wouldn't stay more than one night. The staff are friendly and overall it's good

I stayed at the very remote Hotel Nipa Hut Village with no hot water. The food she brought me was good. The manager was a very shy but nice lady. I had a mosquito net to protect me and it was very much needed. This is not a romantic place but very quiet and I will be back!

I booked one night based on the reviews and payed about $20 tax and all included which was certainly not worth the price. With the exception of the grounds pic which is accurate, the rest of the interior photos are taken elsewhere!!. My hut was in disrepair, with holes everywhere and curtains covering them. There was a shower and a... More

When I arrived on Bohol, I was supposed to go to Nuts Huts. But I was tired from my journey, and the rain started to pour, so reaching Nipa Huts was faster and easier. Very good choice as, when I arrived, I had my own hut for the price of a dorm, due to low season. Life in the jungle,... More

Positives: It is good to be away from the touristy places, even if it means that it takes some time to get to a place where you can get food. Good place to stay while visiting from here the bamboo-bridge, the adventure park, the tarsier places or the butterfly park. Negatives: The staff didn't look like they were there to... More

We stayed here for almost 4 days and we were completely satisfied! My partner loves to cook and of course, I love to eat! HAHA! You can borrow and use all their cooking utensils, they have hot/cold water dispenser free for lodgers. This place is great for couples who want to avoid the crowded, noisy tourist area. Quite far from... More

Traditional nipa huts, so expect very basic rooms- think camping style- open bathroom and plenty of bugs around. Having said that I really enjoyed our stay- the staff were super friendly, and happy to help us try local food and arrange for us to see the local sights depending on our budget. If you're looking for an authentic stay, and... More

We stayed here for a couple of nights, and it was a great introduction to the Philippines. It is very quiet so do not expect any "backpacker-party-vibe" at all. This is the place to go for some peace and quiet. It is quite far from the main road, we had to walk here with our backpacks and it took more... More
