EAT HERE if in loboc This is the best if not only good restaurant in town, don't bother with the floating restaurant unless your into such frivolous novelties. The food is excellent, service is exceptional and the location is great right on the river It is reasonably priced with most meals under 200php

We stayed here for 2 days and had a great time. We especially like how the staff treated us. Jade was kind enough to take us across the river to see the village, go to a church service, and invite us into her home. Joy was very kind, helpful and added some humor into our stay. Dodoy was very polite... More

Reading many reviews might lend one to think that they are going to an impeccable resort. You might better read the reviews and consider that you are going to a reasonable resort along a brown water river with a nice pool area and an opportunity to see the Bohol countryside in its simple reality. There are some beautiful orchids and... More

The good things: - Quite good location for access to Chocolate Hills, Loboc Tarsier place (which is not the best one, head to the Corella Tarsier place instead!) -Near the zipline and boat cruise (which we didn't do because it looks cheesy!) - You can kayak or go by banca boat on the river, with or without boat boy -The... My boyfriend and I have spent the last three weeks traveling the Philippines, including Coron, Cebu City, Bohol, and Manila. Looking back on every place we stayed (a total of eight), this was our favorite, as it was just so different from everything else. Here's what we liked, didn't like, and wish we had known going in: —Sure, you could... More

This resort is a very good alternative to the beach resorts at Panglao and is definitely very good value for your money too. Situated beside the Loboc river, it has a very relaxing and calming atmosphere. One can easily spend the whole day just chilling and relaxing in the restaurant while eating or having drinks. Alternatively, you can go to... More

Staff are very friendly. The resort is well planned but still feel rustic. A room overlooking the Loboc River is a must. There is an island full of monkeys. We were there when somebody fed them with fruits. The swimming pool was huge. The room is well appointed and clean. Something that is out of control of the resort: mosquitoes!... More

If you're coming to Bohol you must stay at least 1 night at the Loboc River Resort! We visited as a couple and had the place to ourselves. The pool is beautiful, staff are incredible, and the rooms are wonderful! Absolutely don't get a massage! The massage was done in the room without a proper massage table, the masseuses were... More

We loved our stay here. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river, which was a great place to sit and chill out. The food in the restaurant was all good and it arrived quickly. What makes the LRR really special, though, are the staff and the effort they make to ensure you have a good time. Even... More

Travelling around the Philippines we had a wonderful time at the Loboc river resort. It's a supercool landscape, nice and clean rooms at a good rate, lots of activitiers around the resort, good food! Try the Pizza - it's very fluffy and crispy! We rented two scooter and drove to the chocolate hills. Best way to experience the area. I... More
