how often do you get to stay in stunning countryside in a gorgeous property packed with character and hand-made furnishings & decorations (surrounded by its own vineyard), with a multilingual hostess for whom nothing is too much trouble and who cooks exquisite food? Probably only once in a lifetime. so if you can, get yourself there. end of.

I always say family run hotels are the best, and they are! Maso di Villa is a fine example of this, offering gracious hospitality, extremely comfortable, cosy accommodation in the perfect setting, not to mention the home grown produce which are offerings at supper times, and the delicious home baked pastries and cakes which fill the Inn with tantalising aromas,... We stayed here to recover from our long flight to reach Venice, reunite as a family and refresh. It really is as lovely as the pictures on their website. The rooms were comfortable and the gardens are really gorgeous. It was utterly peaceful. The breakfast is heaven (the best of our 2 weeks in Italy). I would happily sit on... More

Maso di Villa is a beautiful place, with charming and well-appointed rooms and a terrace overlooking flowering pots, gardens, a vineyard and a pool. Chiara is welcoming and helpful. She recommended towns and museums we might want to visit, and prepared a delicious light meal for us to enjoy with Maso di Villa wine (which we loved) on the terrace... More

Our stay in Maso di Villa Relais di Campagna was a great success. We loved the old house with the comfortable furniture which makes you feel at home. The room was to our liking as well as the bathroom, all perfect. The surroundings are absolutely magnificent, it is a delightful garden full of roses and other flowers and also fresh... More

This is the best place we stayed on our 3 week trip to northern Italy. The grounds are beautiful including vineyards, a well tended vegetable garden and roses everywhere. Breakfast was complete with plenty of fresh choices. This a true family run Italian experience.Chiara was great with restaurant suggestions. I only wished our 3 day stay had been longer. Be... More

We spent two amazing nights here last week. What set Maso di Villa apart, really, are the hosts themselves. Supremely professional, very easy (whatever you need - for example, after several nights on the road, we thought it would be nice to just hang out in the evening and have a salad and prosciutto as dinner)--so different from my experiences... The previous reviewers have said it all, but we would like to add a particular note. There is no point trying to look for a place to eat in the vincinity. Just cool off with a Trevisan prosecco under the bowery of the Maso or by the pool, and let Chiara put together a delightful evening meal of various speck... More

We loved our stay at Maso di Villa. The owners have managed to create a true little gem within a splendid landscape. The place is very quaint and the attention to the smallest detail is amazing. Breakfast is a joy and for dinner there is a good selection of fine osterias in the area. We can highly recommend this place... More

Our first visit to this beautiful region. Nestled in the hills surrounded by vineyards of the Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOC, this lovely old farmhouse dressed in country prints, lace and charm is a great place to chill...preferably with a chilled glass of prosecco. Beautiful flowers, sunsets and a nice little pool in the orchards, vineyard and vegetable gardens that surround... More
