One of the best hotels I have ever live. Try to book a room from the back side of the chateau . The view is amazing .the breakfast is a little bit expensive 17 € per person but I think the hotel worth his price

It was a bit of a drive to get to the Chateau from CDG, mainly because the cab driver, although he tried VERY hard and was VERY pleasant, couldn't find the place. The clerk, Christoph, was as nice as could be, as was the night clerk who stood up every time we entered the room - very courtly manners from... More

Located in the sleepy village of Ermenonville, just minutes from CDG, the chateau features beautiful grounds and a grand exterior, complete with moat and lake. The public sections of the chateau are quite nice, including the ballroom where breakfast was served. Our room was spacious and clean, with a superb view on the lake. The bathroom was large, though the... More

We arrived at the Chateau on Friday afternoon ,the weather was beautiful which is more than can be said of the attitude of the receptionist who was very busy reading a novel . We decided to have some drinks on the terrace and had to wait around 15 minutes before anyone came to take the order. We came down for... More

nice castle, make sure u have the room with a view on the lake...otherwise u end up in a corner facing the courtyard...not the best option. big facility, some rooms will be frozen during winter. Restaurant ok.

Very close to CDG which is great to have. Chateau needs a lot of roof repair. On one of the towers there is a huge hole in it. I'm sure the birds must love it. For me the neighborhood was very noisy. Church bells donged every hour. Rooster sounded the 4:30 am rise and shine. Slept with window open, was... More

The Chateau Ermenonville is situated about 25 km to the east of Aeroport Charles de Gaulle, providing easy access to the airport, avoiding all the traffic coming north from Paris on the A1 Autoroute. This is one reason that we often stay at the Chateau on the night before our departure home. The other is that it is a charming,... More

This hotel is very deceiving. The outside just beautiful a little jewel surrounded by water. The inside OMG that was an other story a little room underneath the roof. No space, no air conditioning, all furniture were outdated but no style. Bathroom was small but in good working order. Electric point had exposed wire. This is not the experience We... More

This should be a five star experience but disappointingly was not. Poorly maintained property and grounds, unable to provide dinner "we are fully booked" . Convienent to CDG is its positive attribute. I guess my sadness is driven by what should have been but was not with this most attractive hotel.

Everything in this place is romantic and thoughtful. We had great meals, wondeful views and quality customer service. Our room was in tower, for me was the dream come true. Not about luxury but history. Recommended!
