Once again a really lovely break - nothing is too much trouble for the family and the food is amazing. The chateau in parts is like stepping back in time but this adds to the appeal. This will now become a yearly(at least) excursion for us and our friends (pals since nursery school for over 65+ years).

On a brief visit to Normandy we needed a small hotel near to the Calais ferry and the Chateau des Tourelles fitted the bill. We had an excellent room with a four poster bed which was furnished with antique pieces. The hotel is easily located and is close to the main arterial coast roads and channel crossings. It is a great base for touring the area around Calais and Boulogne. Easy to find from all channel ports and tunnel, excellent stop over en route or for longer stays to explore local area. Food five star. Good presentation excellent quality.
