we stayed at this lovely Hotel at the end of September via a booking through Inn Travel although you can book directly with the Hotel. its just a short drive from the Tunnel which is handy for a two day break. The room was clean and a good size with views over the garden we had a superior .room as... More

As it's only 30 minutes from Eurotunnel at Calais it was very convenient. It's a splendid old building, and our room was fine albeit a little faded. The reception could not have been more charming and friendly. The restaurant was really good. We had a memorable meal on the €26 menus and the wine was not expensive either. Breakfast also... More

We visited here in August with friends who have already been here a number of times. Very friendly family run hotel, our rooms were good, clean and adequate for our needs. If I have to say anything negative there are no coffee/teamaking facilities but I suspect that's how it is in France. Just us odd Brits! The food was absolutely... More

Stayed 1 night in early September. The rooms were very good and clean. Dinner was excellent. Great terrace if you are lucky enough to have good weather. Very reasonable prices. Would certainly stay again on route to the South of France or Spain.

Spent a night here on the way back from Bruges for the principal reason that we wanted to pick up some booze before heading home (I know, shocking). We've been here before and enjoyed it so we were pleased to find that nothing had changed, including very good food at competitive prices. It's delightful to be able to sit on... More

Easy access to autoroutes and channel crossings. Fantastic meal and great choice on the various menus which use fresh local produce and fish where possible. Restaurant can be busy at lunchtimes so best to book in advance.if staying overnight should be no problem.Staff very friendly and helpful.tea and coffee in room would have been nice.

We have just returned from a two night stay at Chateau des Tourelles and could not fault the welcome. The restaurant food was superb both the fixed and al a carte menus all cooked and presented extremely well and tasted of fresh good ingredients. The family obviously work non stop to accommodate all their guests. Unfortunately although the rooms are... More

We stayed 3 nights in mid September. We first and foremost stayed here for the food and it did not disappoint. It was superb, delicious - everything you could wish for and much more. The restaurant is well set out, tables perfectly laid with lovely cloths, napkins, cutlery and glasses. It has a good selection of wine and aperitifs etc.... More

This is an excellent hotel for a short break, only half an hour from the Chunnel. The staff are very welcoming and the service is first class. Rooms are comfortable (with English t.v.) and the food and wine list in the restaurant of a high standard and very good value. We've already booked our next visit!

Whilst I would describe this as more a large country manor / hunting lodge than a chateaux don't be put off. This is a real find, close to both Calais and Boulogne go as a "break in journey" or just for the pleasure. From the sweeping marble staircase to the very "French " dining room this place will give you... More
