Used as overnight stop en route for channel tunnel. Nice, large room with great bathroom. The food however is the reason to get off the autoroute and away from the usual overnight stops. This is French cuisine at its best. Go enjoy.

This was our 2nd trip to this hotel and we took friends with us this time. We were the 1st guests immediately after their 2 week January break (the owners holiday after Christmas and before the season starts). It was a little chilly but soon warmed up. We were upgraded to superior rooms and enjoyed wonderful food over our 2... More

this is well worth a visit provided you do not mind somewhat dated rooms. It's a very quiet hotel Great value for money. The meals though are worth everything as here you will enjoy a gourmet experience which is totally at variance with the rooms. The food is outstanding--go and enjoy!

We have stayed here several times as a first or last stop-over when traveling to Italy. Owner managed it has nice but functional rooms and an exceptional restaurant. They normally have a short tourist menu at around €25 and having sampled it many times it is very good. This is not available on Saturdays so we went for the €36... More

Over the past 6 years, we have stayed here on three occasions, obviously we are happy with this hotel, but the food on this occasion has leapt to another level. The rooms are typical of a Logis from our experience , functional and comfortable, but this is normal. This hotel sets itself apart, with its fantastic hospitality and now the... More

We've stayed four times over the years at this very good hotel and hope to stay there again someday. For the first time, we had a room in the main building: Chambre Poitou, accessed by a lift. The room is large, very comfortable, with good bathroom with a walk in shower equipped for a wheelchair. The view is disappointing: chimney... More

Excellent family run hotel in quiet location with very friendly staff and great food. (Their "amuse bouche" is a star starter in itself!). Rooms very clean and comfortable. Suggest you ask for a Superior Room overlooking the front garden or one in the newer extension. Highly recommend this hotel - great for visiting Ypres and the surrounding battlefields etc.

Like bad pennies we turn up here every year or so and we were warmly greeted on arrival. This is good example of a very French kind of establishment; a reasonable hotel with an excellent restaurant. As so often it is not evident which is the business driver; the hotel or the restaurant. We know the best room and we... More

Do know what I find refreshing these days is when you find somewhere to stay where the standards stay high and even improve. We stayed here for the 1st time about 9 years ago and have been back another 3 times since. We have never been disappointed by anything here, the food is very good, the service friendly and the...
