Loved this place! Owners of the hotel were very nice and the room fees included breakfast. This is somewhere you want to go if you're looking to get away from the polluted city-life and be surrounded by nature. Stayed at Su Marmuri for two nights whilst touring Sardinia in August. The journey up into the mountains from Arbatax was stunningly beautiful. “Far from the beach, but nonetheless a fine experience”

I booked the Su Marmuri for the simple reason that is was the only affordable place I found on the web in Sardinia in high season one month before. The downside is its location, perhaps, as it is at least 30 minutes from the beach. But there are sights to see nearby, hiking, waterfalls( not in summer) and no restaurants... More
