We stayed here o our way from alicante to santander. We arrived to almpst total darkness asthe local area had a power cut. As a gesture the hotel didnt charge a fee for us having a dog. Eventually the lights came on and we used the hotels bar to eat. The menu wasnt massive but what we had was excellent,... More

The second time I have stayed here, a great place to stop off whilst on your travels. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. There is food available at fairly good prices, but if you prefer to eat elsewhere locally you will struggle. Right behind the hotel there is a local bar which I would recommend as prices are good... Have stayed here four times in winter, once in spring, unfortunately our last visit was disappointing! The restaurant has only ever been open once in the evening to hotel guests, about 3 years ago, when it was very good! Every time since it has been booked for a group or function, this time only for approximately a dozen people but... More

Adequate rooms but great restaurant and friendly efficient service make this a great value stop over, good parking as well. Good views and quiet area to stay but not anywhere to walk to if you want night life.

We eventually found the road into the hotel as we were heading North to Coast area. On reading a review on this hotel telling us that they allow dogs, we spent a while trying to find the access road. The bedroom was very comfortable and plenty room for the dogs travel boxes in the bedroom. The public rooms were amazing... More

Nice rooms with good beds, free wifi, parking places in the shade, good restaurant, friendly staff, good (friendly priced) restaurant. Pool across the street... Perfect for a stay on our way to Portugal. The airco in the room was somewhat poor, but then again it was freaking hot when we passed.

A good place for one night in order to reach the ferry from Santander. However, breakfast disappointing as no zumo de naranja and little choice overall. Air conditioning in room poor. Beware the wine waiter - we asked for a crianza and were given a roble (somewhat inferior), no opportunity to look at the label nor an initial tasting. It... More

Most people travelling on the A62 Portugal to Spain or France will travel down this road. Finding this hotel directly off this road, was like finding water in the desert. This is gem of a hotel. It is 4 star with everything a traveller could wish for. The cost of the hotel was 42 euros for the night, and I... More

Well appointed clean rooms.Public rooms have very comfortable seating, beware if you are disabled as there are steps to a lot of areas around the bar.Breakfast & dinner are excellent.Nowhere to go for a walkn after dinner unless you walk around the housing estate.

Great hotel for a stopover, I look forward to staying every time we travel through Spain. Good 4 star hotel, sparklingly maintained 70's style decor. The lounge is a bit retirement home but very comfortable nevertheless. If you ever wondered what happened to Lurch, he is alive and well and serving in the restaurant, which serves excellent food and wine.... More
