This hotel is in a great location, close to beach, town of Orio and train station to reach San Sbastian in les than 20 minutes. Location is where the positive end. Everuthing else about this hotel is not very good. The decor of the lobby is very dark and not very welcoming, it is soo dark that in the evening... More

We stayed one night at the hotel and were disappointed with service from staff who seemed very unenthusiastic, facilities and lack of maintenance and breakfast - if you could call it that which was very average. Given the location it could be a really busy hotel.

I don't know how old this hotel is but from the look it was not renovated at least for some years. Holes in the curtains in my room, very thin walls so I could hear every step of other guests. Rooms a rather small. Extremely worn off spa center and pool area. I was not planing to eat at the... More

Very tired hotel, definitely past it's best. Everything needs a lick of paint and general tidy up. Overpriced restaurant. Breakfast not bad. Location is great though, right on the beach. Use public car park - much cheaper .

Here you can taste how badly investments were done during the Spanish real estate boom. After a few years this hotel starts to be ruined. Bathroom gets ugly, windows are broken, curtains are dirty... both sides are loud, one due to the highway, second due to bars and restaurants. If you can, avoid this hotel!!

Book first, busy at weekends even out of season. Despite being only about 5 years old, a little tired, lift did not work for example, just felt it could be much better overall. Rooms recently repainted, badly and cheaply. Paint on light fittings etc. Lift not working, stair well not indicated, a bit worrying as this served as the fire... More

We stayed for one night (incl. whirlpool arrangement). The room is fine, nothing to write home about. However the proximity to the beach is excellent, we just need to walk for a minute. Breakfast was ok, however the coffee was really bad.

We are currently staying at the Aisia Orio hotel near San Sebastian. Booking a pack for € 75,00 this seemed a nice option near San Sebastian, but in fact I am glad it's only for one night. The promised spa is only open for 4 hours and closes at 18:00?!?! The breakfast is terrible. There is only one waitress for... More

Stayed here in May 2008. Was recommended by the tourist office in San Sebastian, but was sad to see this charmless concrete building lying all alone on a flat piece of land. A long walk from the village centre. The receptionist knew nothing, we had booked a suite of some kind, but we never saw it. No, it was a... More

I hosted three times in this hotel for working reasons recently. It is part of a small basque chain and it is a very comfortably hotel. You'll find good (but maybe a bit small) and modern rooms, large bathrooms, a correct spa (with sea water, which is excellent), a good breakfast and it is 100 mts from the beach. Orio... More
