We thought this was a stunning hotel. Luis gave us a tour of the property and a great discussion of the olive oil industry. Loved the views, the location on the bike path. Delicious food in the restaurant. Room could have had a bit more light, but the public rooms (indoors and out) were fantastic!

We stayed here right after Christmas, two couples, one single and 2 kids. We had terrific rooms, staff was great and the food in the restaurant was outstanding. Our last day in the area, we decided to enjoy a special meal at Hacienda Minerva. First, the hacienda is absolutely beautifully restored. The manager Luis and his staff were extremely knowledgeable of the area and its history, they had very useful tips on what to see and do. Rooms were very comfortable, in the rural location noise was not an issue. Food and bar service were excellent, breakfast at the rooftop location was memorable.
