Dirty bedroom and bathroom. Towels not clean. Dirty corridors and lift. Some staff members were helpful, others very uninterested in being of service. Breakfast room and food, both OK. Had an overall feeling that the hotel was being used as temporary accommodation for asylum seekers.

Obvious Paris quality hotel, very dirty, not cleaned probably in last five years, broken windows, cigarettes smell everywhere. Hotel is located in residential and very loud area, forget silence during nights. It's difficult to load baggages from car in front of hotel, parking is far from reception.

The hotel was ok, the rooms were quite small, but it was clean and i missed a fridge, because we couldnt store our food. We booked here, because i was the cheapest, but it is almost an hour from the city centre, and public transport was very very expensive, so it was more expensive at the end, than a better... More

First of all, if you are reading this you must be thinking of coming here? DO NOT EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! My sister and I, went to Paris to spend our 6 days holidays here. They told us this is the great location, great hotel and even better service. This was a complete [--], pardon my French. When we... More

Location is strategic. Only half hour to Paris attraction like Champ Ellesees or The Louve and to CDG. Free parking provided is a plus. Theres a halal restaurant and provision shop next door and Auchan supermarket in the shopping complex also next door. For budget family travellers it is heaven sent to prepare simple breakfast of juice, bread and cheese... More

Sarcelles isn't the prettiest part of Paris, athough the area seems to be going through some urban regeneration. The hotel is sited at the entrance to a 1970's shopping, so as you would expect, not the greatest first impression. Once inside though, the staff are friendly and courteous. Likewise, the rooms are simple and clean. The metro is a ten... More

Well, we read the reviews and were very afraid, since we were forced to book out of budget/availability. We were pleasantly surprised by a not-dangerous neighborhood, nice reception and relatively easy access to downtown Paris. If tight on money, it's a good choice. It's not a five-star hotel, but it's way better than a hostel for about the same money.
