Things I wish I had known prior to booking: Parking costs extra, wrist band to be worn on site costs extra, VIP accommodation is a bit scruffy and the lower bunk for the kids has a shelf protruding across it which limits the sleeping space, sun loungers by the pool are pre booked by the week, VIP accom. does not... You need to have a basic grasp of French to be treated decently! Even the English staff PRETEND to be French and seem to get a kick out of not being helpful, talk about living up to cliche- rudeness is an understatement! However facilities and location are amazing!

Very un organised staff with seriously bad communication and customer service skills. We booked activities for our children when booking the holiday in England and upon arrival the staff could not tell us when these would be taking place? As a result it led to the activities having to be cancelled as we where not informed of the dates, depsite... More

Readers... read until the end...and be warned... We've been coming here since 10-15 years (the hotel on site!). The last 3 years we've seen quality going terribly down. No respect by other people. Noise levels going sky high. Kids defecating in the pools. Nonstop noise day-in-day-out. Very bad noise isolation in rooms. Old bathrooms...including moisture. Screws coming out of the... More

We stayed in the hotel on site as a base for a few days initially, arrived on the Thursday, left on the Sunday (which seemed to be an en mass arrival day for families with kids) to return Monday night for two more days. When we left it was a relaxed pleasant place, not too bad and fairly quiet, we... More

Currently staying in the hotel and can't believe they offer the same menu for lunch and dinner - all week, every week! Not great if there's only one thing you like (family member has had the same chicken dish over 10 times already). Even the service staff seemed embarrassed when we asked if it ever changed. Other facilities are great... More

I consider my self being tolerant and don't mind coping without a grunt...BUT...this was my worst experience. This should teach you to never book a hotel via the nice pictures. It started on the arrival...where a very rude girl via the intercom at the entrance gate brushed me of when I asked her how to proceed to the reception...and this... More

Excellent stay, with all kind of things to do from riding horses to golf. Or simply relax at one of the many great pools. Great place for children, as all pools has lifeguards. The pool areas are not overcrowded, and you can find plenty of things to do if you feel for a short trip to Nice, or one off... More

A not too bad destination and location for those with family because you’ll find everything you need on site. The quality of the services offered and the location you will be placed is very random If not deeply connected to your wallet.
