Excellent in almost every way. We arrived late (around midnight) and the staff were welcoming. Our room had been recently refurbished, very smart, very clean as usual. We have used this hotel as a stopover between the UK & Switzerland on a number occasions. It is clean/friendly, average but good food, basically what you would expect to find any Novotel. Only downside is its quite a drive from the motorway. More

Very helpful and pleasant service. Kids were dissapointed because the console was out of order. Breakfast was dissapointing as we came 20min before the end and there was not much left. More
