A very high standard of Burgundian cuisine and a wine list to die for. Our rooms overlooked a pretty garden and the hotel was a short walk from the town centre offering wine tastings and tours. Would re-visit.

We try to stay a night here when traveling back from Italy to UK by car. The hotel has kept its standard. However we really visit for the restaurant! The food is excellent, typical French fine dining, very good quality and interesting menus. Breakfast outdoors is a bonus, very relaxing. We hope to continue to visit.

The last night of our wine tour was spent in this hotel. We had a comfortable room in the annexe with the best beds of the whole tour. Appreciated the kettle etc for a refreshing cuppa after a brilliant winetasting! We had a group meal in a private room in the restaurant. We sat down at 7.30 and had nine... More

Very comfortable hotel in the town of Chablis, with really good food. The restaurant is quite formal, and the food brilliant. Breakfast was excellent, Dinner outstanding. Very close to the town centre, and there are several cafes there as an alternative to trying to get a drink in the hotel at 5pm. The restaurant opens at 7:30, drinks are not... More

Our room was very nice. Shower has good water pressure and felt good. We were there when there was a bit of a heatwave and we had jetlag. Internet was okay-not great, but not really terrible either. We did not use the tv so cannot comment on this. The air con was very good. The hotel has a fine dining... More

Stayed two nights in a superior room located in an annexe close to the main building. There is no elevator or bell-person, so it's all up to the guests to manage their luggage. The room was comfortable and well appointed. There was a kettle which I valued as it allowed us to make our own hot beverages. The wifi in... More

We were staying on our last night of a long European tour and were disappointed by the poor service in the bar when we arrived and when we came to order dinner. We waited for the menus, for our drinks, for our table; we even gave up on drinks at 5pm as non-one at all was around to help us.... More

Good location, lovely lobby & menu indicated a very expensive restaurant in the main building. No bellman to help with our luggage as we walked 1 1/2 blocks to the building where our room was located. Greatful it was not raining. No elevator to get to our room on the 2nd floor. Good thing we only booked for one night... More

We took my mother out for her birthday and went to Chablis where she had so many wonderful memories. Hostellerie des Clos is a quiet hotel with free parking (handy when the car is ful of wine !) and on walking distance from Chablis 'centre'. The rooms are modern and functional. The staff is professional and friendly and the restauarant... More

We stayed here one night. Rooms are modern and quiet, and breakfast buffet (included in our room rate) was very good. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the town center. As you walk in that direction, about 150 meters from the hotel you reach Place Lafayette with a prominent war memorial. If you turn right here (rather than... More
