Kerimel is in a beautiful rural setting just outside Ploemel and Nicolas and Pascale couldn’t be more welcoming. The room we stayed in was large, light and bright. Breakfast was delicious with homemade jams and yoghurt. We also had use of the kitchen and laundry so you could cater for yourself if you wanted to. Nicolas was very helpful with... More

We had a very special time at Nicholas and Pascale's place. Its a beautiful and historic house with flowers growing up the walls and in the charming garden. We ate and slept extremely well - a lot of the food is local and organic or from their garden. We had two delicious meals cooked for us as well as the... More

in todays money minded tourist industry, this b & b is a jewel. Withing lush gardens, wonderful rooms and public area. Nicolas is a wonderful and tranquil person. Ask him for best places to eat, dine, shop and discover. Hope to make it back one day to this paradise.

This place was perfect!! Great location and wonderful host. Nicolas is charming! He made us feel so welcome... Had great restaurant recommendations and made us feel at home!! His breakfasts are fantastic! Homemade jams (I brought some rhubarb jam home and will be sad when it is gione!), homemade breads, crepes, yogurt. We also signed up for his crepe dinner.... More

This is how a B&B should be; cosy, tastefully decorated and operated by a friendly host. We spent 3 days in Kerimel and truly enjoyed the atmosphere of this B&B and the surrounding villages and beaches. The location is perfect; close to very nice beaches and little fishing villages with nice restaurants and bistros. Nicolas, the host, will provide you... More

Everything about this charming B and B delighted us. It is set in a beautiful spot of the country, peaceful, and calm. The rooms are spectacularly beautiful. Nicolas' crepe evenings are delightful and filling (he said the record for crepe consumption is 15!), and the breakfasts copious and delicious. What is more Nicolas goes out of his way to make... We spent 3 lovely nights at this B and B very close to Carnac. While the sign is a little hard to spot at the end of a country road on the left hand side, the GPS guided us right to the Inn. Nicolas Malherbe is a warm and welcoming host who will help you in any way possible--from helping... More

We spent 6 nights at Kerimel and were very satisfied with every aspect. Nicolas is the perfect host, offering advice on local attractions and serving wonderful breakfasts comprised of his home made jams, yogurts and apple juice accompanied with custom made bread and croissants. His pancake suppers are delicious too and not to be missed. Kerimel is a converted stone... More

We stayed here for one night and we were not disappointed. We traveled from Chartres for one night to enjoy the surrounding countryside and I cannot recommend it more highly. It is is the middle of nowhere, beautiful countryside, fresh air and only a 10 minute drive to La Trinité sur Mer and the beaches of the area. The accommodation... More

A restaured farm, Kerimel is a very special place. The beauty of the surrounding countryside, the vicinity of the sea (the Golfe de Morbihan), beautiful beaches and prehistoric sites, are nothing compared to what the owner Nicolas is going to offer you: a dive into Breton tradition, including language, food and drinks, all home made and "biologique". The rooms are... More
