In the words of John and Gregg (TV's 'Master Chef', for the uninitiated)....'it doesn't get much better than this'.... Idyllic village location, great hotel, friendly staff, wonderful walks and a choice of two village restaurants...oh, and the pool was lovely as well. Guests definitely come second to the collection of antiques at this tasteful but unfriendly guest house. There is no doubt that the Salinas de Imon is beautifully restored, but hospitality is so lacking that you would be forgiven for thinking you had paid to stay in an antique showroom, not a hotel (One rather tacky touch is the price tags... more

Stayed in this hotel for 3 days for a work meeting in Jan 2008. All the rooms are different and are decorated differently. The good: - Very nicely decorated and clean communal areas. - Nice garden (although more garden furniture would be nice). - Located in a nice area with good views.
