We have stayed three times at this hotel. It is not a trendy place , but the town is very interesting with a spa, a casino and a theatre. Most occupants seem rather elderly, but then so are we! Breakfast was disappointing, as all hot food had run out by 8.30 and was not replenished, although there were plenty of... More

Well located in Neris, acros from the casino. Booked for 2 adults and 1 teenager, we obtained a family room, ie 2 separate bedrooms. Quite spacious and recently modernized. Air conditioning did not seem to work but it wasn't too much an issue that night. Staff were friendly.

We stayed at this hotel twice, on route to and from Italy. The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially when we had to change the date of our second stay The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant is not open on Sundays, but there is one across the road. We had a superb meal in the restaurant on... More

We have stayed in this hotel before. It is clean and comfortable. The only issue is if you arrive fairly late there is nowhere to eat in Neris-les-Bains and the hotel was not very helpful when we returned after a search for a restaurant. Having driven for 6 hours we had to get back into the car and head into... More

We arrived at the hotel for a three night stay for a wedding in a nearby chateau as a party of four having booked as two seperate couples through lastminute.com. We had booked two park view rooms with a balcony and double beds. We were shown to a back (no view at all) room with twin beds. When we decided... More

Nice hotel, parking is a problem especially as there was a concert on in the park opposite. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean but small. As with most French hotels there are no drink facilities in the room.

We had a room for one night booked by Brittany Ferries, an excellent and efficient company. When we arrived we were told the hotel was full and they knew nothing of our booking. As this was the Saturday of Pentecost weekend this was a serious problem but we eventually found a bed for the night. The receptionist and director were... More

Booked online for the first night and when we arrived we decided to stay for 2 nights and they matched the online price we had paid. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the park and Casino. Staff were friendly and helpful and always acknowledged us. We didn't have breakfast there, but had a meal in the... More

A nice comfortable hotel situated in the centre of town, we just turned up and booked at the desk. The staff weere friendly and helpful and the room clean and comfortable, it looked like it was recently refurbished. Our room had views of the park and the casino, Maybe we were fortunate but parking in the street was easy. Would... More

Comfortable, central hotel with good restaurant. It has a lift!( unlike many french hotels of a similar grade). Room was first class with comfortable beds. Staff were cheerful and welcoming. Neris is an interesting town with a Roman history and has easy access to A75 autoroute to the south. Possibly one of the most scenic non - toll motorways in... More
