The inside of this hotel and the rooms are very design with lots of color. It is clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The suites have a fabulous bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The downside is the location. All of the rooms look out onto an industrial area and a busy road. One side looks at a hospital... More

So, we had a night in this hotel in the middle of a roadtrip. We wanted to see Archachon, we wanted to see the Dune du Pilat, and we were looking forward to a little spa after a trip. First things first, this hotel is not even close to Arcachon, it is in an industrial area, in the middle of... More

Having read mixed reviews on Trip Advisor we were unsure about making a reservation but relying on the Best Western brand we went ahead and were so pleased we did . The hotel design and decor is definitely different, ultra modern but we loved every bit of it. Do not think plastic = cheap and flimsy, think plastic = quality... More

You'll love or loath the moulded shiny plastic walls which follow you from the corridors into your room, but if like me you are into vibrant colours you'll love their use in the accommodation. Wall mounted TV is recessed into a moulded wall which also houses an iPod Dock and speakers, for the first time in I don't know how... More

My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights in July to visit friends on our way to Portugal. The room design is unconventionnal to say the least, hi tech with Ipod connections, free wifi and flat LED TVs. Bedding is very comfortable. Bathroom shower water pressure is also good. The servuce could be better though. When we checked in,... More

I stayed here for only one night but really enjoyed this hotel. The staff did everything to make the stay a pleasuse. Restaurant was very nice with options to dine in- or outdors. Very good food, the menu was limited but the options available were perfect for me. Rooms are very nice and modern. Easy to park the car. Only... More

We stayed here on a 300€ wonderbox voucher for my husbands 50th. Spa and treatments great. Room quirky but clean and gagety! Evening meal very good. Little niggle there that we were given a menu only to have it taken away after we'd made our choice as we were on a 'special' tariff. But the food was good nevertheless. Breakfast... More

Yes, quirky is the word that comes to mind when reviewing this hotel. I can only think that the architect (or the owner) also owned a plastic moulding factory that wasn't doing so well, as moulded plastic features heavily in the rooms. It is difficult to describe how one wall has 3 moulded panels that encompass the TV, sound system,... More

We thoroughly enjoyed a week's stay at this beautiful hotel. We booked a family suite which had two connecting rooms each with a bathroom and kitchenette. The outdoor pool was small but very enjoyable and never busy. Nearby there were lots of places to eat (the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey!). It was quiet (until the Stade Francais rugby... More

We stayed in Quality Suites & Spa Arcachon in La Teste-de-Buch in August 2011 for three days and truly wished to stay longer! This is a really brilliant hotel – first of all, for its incomparable futuristic design ensuring the unforgettable stay even after visiting a lot of memorable places within all Europe. The rooms are designed in 6 different... More
