We stayed for three nights. The accommodation was clean and certainly good quality for only 2 stars. There was a small well managed pool and the hotel was right on the sea shore. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The area, on the east side of the Bay of Arcachon was beautiful with plenty of activity. Only slight gripe -... More

Location was good as it was by the beach. But it's not in the center, 15-20 minutes walk to the small center with shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, but very very basic and small. No luxury, but with that price I don't think you can expect more. The sea has low tide until late in the afternoon, so you... More

This hotel has a great position right on the beach. The lady on reception was very welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of help as to where to go for dinner. The room itself was basic, but very clean and had everything needed for a one night stay (including tea and coffee making facilities and a great powerful shower).... More

We spent two nights at this hotel. Very very basic but clean. Rooms painted navy blue? Quilts appear paper covered disposable types? Rooms very clean though. Not expensive somewhere to sleep. We stayed out of season and the weather was not great 2k walk to Andernos centre not great in the rain. I would not stay here again but it... More

The hotel is right on the beach at the centre of the basin coastline. It is fairly basic, but clean with friendly staff and good rooms containing all facilities. The staff speak good English and the village has good restaurants. .

The rooms are like cells and the beds are amongst the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. We were allocated a room without a balcony even though we booked one, and when we complained the stuck-up English owner implied he was doing us a favour by changing our room. Our room was similar to a ski studio but old-fashioned... More

This is a clean but sterile environment that had the feel of a holiay club about it - too much pale blue/white tiling everywhere, minimal interest in the comforts of life. It's as if it's main purpose is to serve to busloads on their week in the sun and then only to be somewhere to sleep. I can't really criticise... More

It was OK ... right on the beach ... The rooms are a bit barren ... shower/bath facility but the water came out brown for about 5 minutes. Breakfast OK but expensive for juice. roll and drink Walk into town takes about 15 - 20 mins .... loads of restaurants there ... all very touristy. Probably would look elsewhere nextime... More
