I arrived here after a long hike through the Vosges, and was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a cozy, well cared for place managed with great attention to detail. The room was spotless and stylishly furnished, with luxurious, clean and crisp bed linen. The wifi worked exceptionally well, which is important to me.... More

We stayed here one night on our way from Burgundy to Heidelberg. I really liked this small boutique hotel. Especially the proprietors, breakfast, and cleanliness. It's not hard to find with a GPS and had a couple restaurants and I thin walking distance.

I have to say that this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, anywhere in the world. The location is beautiful as is the hotel itself. It is stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean and immensely welcoming and comfortable. Don't be tempted to skip breakfast as the home-made pastries and breads are delicious. Nothing seems to much for Steeve... More

Beautifully decorated room with nice wooden floors. Good bed and bedding. Room for everything. Efficient and well thought-out bathroom. Everything very clean and very quiet! Very nice and accommodating staff.

Although the rooms are on the small side it is certainly great value for money. The hotel is spotless, there is off street parking and it is walking distance to several restaurants. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is not included and is an additional 11 euro pp. Given the town is so small we decided to have... More

We stayed here for one night our Alsace tour with another couple. The hotel is located at a small and pretty town called Thannenkirch. As we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by Steve. Steve told us about the history of this hotel and showed us to our rooms. explained everything from A-Z, surely made us feel like home.... More

After reading the reviews, I had though it might have been a litter nicer. Although the rooms are new, our toilet was in a little room by itself with no wash facilities. The wash sink and shower were in a separate room. The floor of the shower was relatively flat which meant you flooded the floor in front of sink.... More

The building is over 300 years old and was renovated 4 years ago to become the current hotel. The rooms are spacious and modern but overall the hotel retains a country feel. Our room had a beautiful, serene outlook onto the little town and surrounding hills. There is no minibar in the room but you are welcome to help yourself... More

Not sure how I stumbled upon this place? BUT so glad I did spend time online researching the area. An absolute delight and extremely good value for money. Lovely peaceful little village. Rooms were impressively modern and clearly a lot of thought gone into the refreshing design. Breakfast was impressive with a great selection of goodies to pick from. Really... More

On our way to Italy we stopped in Alsace. The hotel is in a pretty town in area up in the foothills of Alsace yet close to the autoroute. I enjoyed our stay .
