Whenever your options on TA are" #1 of 2", you never know what to expect. This hotel sits majestically in the hills. We were welcomed with a friendly desk and a given a quick tour of the property as part of our check-in. 5-star type service included comfortable bed, robes, and a large room. But who cares about the inside,... More

I recently stayed here for a wedding and it was a wonderful place. The grounds offer a beautiful view of the mountains and the town, and are immaculate. The staff all speak enough english to get by and make interactions with them very easy. The rooms were spaceous, and the bathrooms were modern and beautiful. The restaraunt was nice, had... More

Unexpected stopped here and stayed 2 days. This old Monastery is perfectly renovated. Breakfasts are amazing, a buffet where you can find anything you like. The location is perfect near the Ordesa National Park.

This is an amazing location for a hotel, vaulted ceilings, courtyard, outdoor pool and bar. Our room was very good with a great shower. The food at dinner was excellent as was breakfast. We will definitely return to this peaceful hotel.

We randomly selected this monastery hotel as we wanted to see the high Pyrenees. Unbelievable superb, from the rooms, to the staff, to the meals. Best lodging we stayed in at a 4 week EEU trip by a US couple who travel the world frequently. The spa was an especially welcome treat, with 20+ water treatments, and a very solid... More

A perfect hotel to explore the old towns around and hike the wonderful national parks (Ordesa valley & monte Perdido). Spring is the perfect time to visit , nice temperature, a lot of cascades...and at night the confort and peace of the hotel. We highly recommend a stop by their spa and enjoy one of their massage session. It was... More

The hotel is built in an old monastery. The cloister and the church have been restored and included in the hotel. The location is fantastic to access the National Park of Monte Perdido: you can drive in 30-60 minutes to Ordesa and Pineta Valleys or to Añisclo Canyon. And for those who prefer art, some interesting romanesque spots are at... More

We stayed just one night and when we arrived where told that we couldn't check in until 4 pm. They were apologetic and were kind enough to compensate us with a bottle of cava and strawberries , The hotel is more of a resort hotel and not really 5 star luxury but it is never the less a nice peaceful... We stayed for several days in the Monastario de Boltana in October. The setting/surrounding area is a mix between boring and uninviting but the hotel itself is an Oasis of peace and quiet. Great rooms, very silent inside the hotels hallways. The hall and rest area is like a museum stuffed with interesting objects. The restaurant serves excellent food. The... More
