Our Family dined at Rotschuo three times during June-August this year and came away with very positive impressions every time. The Hotel complex sits on a secluded & relatively steep Lakeside north slope of the Lake of Luzern. It is situated at a lazy & beautiful 35-40 minute drive around the Lake shore from Luzern. It has excellent well tended... More

A most hospitable inn set on beautiful Lake Lucerne. The service was top-notch. The dining was superb. You are away from the high tourist areas yet near enough to see and enjoy the incredible Switzerland scenery. We only wish we had spent more time there.

This is a beautiful spot. It's a little hard to find on the main road, we drove past it and had to turn around. The hotel staff was nice. Professional - not super friendly, but fine. The pool is great. The beach looks gorgeous, but the weather was not good, so we didn't get to swim. The breakfast is fabulous.... More

Very quiet and relaxing hotel with a superb view of the lake and mountains from the rooms and the restaurant. That alone is worth it ! The restaurant is a bit expensive, but the food is really very good (I loved the Zuger Kirschtorte dessert). The indoor swimming pool is pretty big and very clean and was very enjoyable. Staff... The location is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen in Switzerland. The terrace and the lake side restaurant offer a unique view ! The staff is very helpful and friendly, the manager himself cares ! The food is excellent. Exotic drinks may take a little extra time, but they are served with a smile ! The lake... More

Rooms are ok, but somehow priced for what they are, even if probabely the location dictates the price. Most of the rooms seem to overlook the lake and have a balcony, so be prepared for the nice views. Very nice and almost secluded location within a grand tree park. If weather is bad though, the inside pool is not very... More

The beauty here indescribable. This hotel is casually elegant and rustic. We had rooms overlooking the lake and the beautiful Swiss countryside. You can walk down to the lake and sit down by the shore. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of cheeses. There is a lovely bar and restaurant with excellent food. The rooms were reasonably... More

The location is exactly ON the lake, with its own private access to the lake. The view is almost 360 degrees and cannot be compared to anything less than paradise. The restaurant, with lake view, is a five star one with sensible prices. The design of the rooms is rustic with some modern accents, not new but Ver well preserved.... More

We booked this as part of a cycle tour of the lake and were not disappointed. Great location, close to the lake with all rooms offering lake views. Comfortable, well appointed room and bathroom although the rest of the interior indicates that this is essentially a conference/incentive hotel. The restaurant was pretty, with plenty of outside seating if the weather... More

We stayed here when our wonderful guide at Twincruiser.org booked this hotel for us. And we have to say, what a great choice! When we arrived at the hotel, we were taken in by the beautiful lake and surrounding area. We also had a nice spacious room on the top level with a balcony overlooking Lake Lucerne. I believe all...
