We were told this hotel, while not directly in Luzern, was just a few minutes away by train. Unfortunately the train station has no lift and one set of stairs looks like scaffolding. My mom was unable to get to thet train to go to the city, and we had to get a cab.
The front desk staff was invisible....

We stayed here just for one night but were very satisfied. The hotel is very friendly towards children. It has a very good restaurant and the only minor thing was the breakfast, that was below average.
