Travelled to Peralta on business and was advised to stay at the Hotel Villa Marcilla. The ambience in the public areas was very relaxed and the welcome very pleasant. The rooms are extremely good value for someone from the UK. The evening menu was 'table d'hote' with a selection for 3 courses. I enjoyed my oxtail and the local wone... More

The restored mansion with nice grounds and the best restaurant in town could be a great hotel. However, it seems they spent all the energy, talent and euros in the grandiose lobby and stairs. The rooms were not particularly clean and the upholstery in the furniture soiled. There were no paper handkerchiefs ( a general problem in Spanish hotels) among... More

Stayed for 3 days. Hotel is just off the dual carriageway and stands on its own-there's nothing around. There's no other decent place to stay in marcilla or surrounding villages thus I guess the price. The rooms were spacious and clean the bed comfy and the everything worked. The breakfast was very good and there was an espresso machine in... More

A very convenient location for those touring Spain. Very impressive interior with friendly staff and good food, although initial impressions of the restaurant area were not totally appealing. However, the staff really put themselves out and attended to every detail.

If your travelling near the Pyrennes and you want a good hotel, try the Villa Marcilla. Marcilla itself is not a pretty town, As for the Hotel, don't let the outside of the building put you off as inside they have mixed the modern with the old, and it works. The entrance hall is grand with marble floors and two... More

My wife and I were booked into this hotel for one night on our journey to the South. I booked well in advance and advised the hotel (twice) by email that I had a small dog and that we wished to book a table in the restaurant that night. When we arrived we were advised that they did not accept... More

It really is consistent. We stayed here a year ago en route from France to the Costa Blanca and will look for an excuse to return! Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent dining at a very reasonable price including wines. Easy to find from the autopista. Competitively priced accommodation against comparable Paradors.

Congratulations to Javier Baselga and his team for the excellent service in this beautiful little hotel. The rooms are spacious, and modern and confortable. What really stands out about this hotel is the excellent service, nothing was too much for the team. The hotel's retaurant served us consistently delicious food throughout our stay. Everything we tried was top quality, and... More
