After hours of being lost in the middle of the countryside, we arrive at this beautifully landscaped hotel Cortijo Soto Real! We stayed in a gorgeous suite they call their honeymoon suite. It was not our honey moon ,but would still recommend this room to any couple. You felt like you were in your own private villa with a terrace... more

We booked a 4-night stay at Hotel Cortijo Soto Real in March 2008. We picked up a rental car at Seville airport and driving out to the hotel was straightforward. The hotel itself is not ‘attached’ to any town or city – it sits on a private estate in the ‘middle of nowhere’ – which might be an added benefit... more

Cortijo is set in a very peacful location. The hotel is wonderful and being at Cortijo you'd expect full relaxation. The staff are friendly and the chef is excellent. The location is excellent if you fancy visiting Seville or Cadiz but prefer staying in a more peaceful location away from the noises of the bigger cities. In the hotel you... more

It used to be good once, but it is amazing how much the standards have slipped. The staff are unprofessional and dishonest and promise things that couldn't possibly deliver. Terrible experience. Would never visit again and wouldn't recommend it. more

We recently stayed at this Hotel and absolutely loved the experience. The staff were wonderful, attentive and couldn't do more for us. We had a car included in the package we booked, which we picked up ourselves in Seville and dropped off seven days later, all without a hitch! The hotel is in a secluded area but not far from... more

Directions to the Hotel were limited and the Hotel signage, poor and overgrown by foliage. It is a grand Estate, up a gated driveway. The area is full of wild life, especially birds. We checked into hotel by Jimmy. He gave us very little attention because he was speaking on his mobile phone most of the time. As we had... more

The hotel is very pleasant and it is low build, spacious and our room was very comfortable and what I expect for 5 star. Location wise it is truly in the middle of nowhere and once at the hotel you are pretty much stuck unless you drive an hour up to Sevilla or down to Puerto Santa Maria etc., We... more

We stayed at the Cortijo Soto Real for the first time. It was highly recommended by AE Centurion as a five luxury property. It was isolated in the midde of no where and it is hard to see anyone and its is dark in the hallway. We were given a suite, but it was not 5 stars treatment. In the... more

We booked a superior room. This turned out to be very spacious, with a huge shower and a massive bed. The bathroom toiletries were also numerous and of a high quality. Unless you have been it is difficult to put into words the attraction of this hotel. Its not a slick, plush hotel although it is authentically furnished to a... more

Welcome was very warm when we arrived. The staff is very friendly and nothing is to much for them to help you. Food is very good, compared with this area of Spain. The headwaiter proposed some very good plates. The rooms are very nice and big, well decorated in the typical Andalusian style. We also visited Jerez: the winecellers are... more
