Beautiful surroundings cute accomodation would recommend that side of it however restaurant overpriced understaffed and staff quite rude no customer service here. So don't think I'll be back but more pilgrims will come here on their Way

This is a delightful place to relax. Originally owned by Norwegian Nobility, it is now a beautiful hotel. There is a library, gardens, a fountain and restaurant. I was greeted with homemade lemonade upon arrival. The waiter gave us a history of Gallicia. I enjoyed it greatly. Dinner was delicious - traditional Gallicean soup and pasta.

This hotel is not right on the Camino, about a 1km walk, but well worth it. Hidden behind a quiet typical nieghborhood, you open up to beautiful views of the mountains and green carpet of nature. The hotel had a wonderful menu and great wine. After having been in some tricky hostels of the Camino, this was a real treat.... More

I stayed here a few nights ago. I was walking the Camino from Sarria to Santiago and felt I wanted a nice, comfortable, kinda fancy little place because I was walking alone. I walked to the Casa from the road which is about 2 or 3 km from the actual Camino which I didn't mind, but they can pick you... More

We have been walking the Camino Way and allowed ourselves a rest day with 7 mile walk from Paza de Sedor to here. This was a real treat. If you only allow yourselves one indulgence along the way this must be it - more expensive than Sedor but worth it. Here all the staff made you welcome from the moment... More

Stayed here with my friend Christine in September 2014, room was great. the food great, the staff and owners were really nice and the beer well worth the walk to the hotel. Ps have a 10% discount for my next visit and I will use it. John.

A stunning property with many buildings to relax, read and take comfort in adorned with a beautiful fountain sit and enjoy a drink after a long day on the Camino! Nicely appointed rooms with their own entrance along the cobblestone paths. Delicious dinner with a variety of food options. I could have easily spent another day here to enjoy the... More

Many fellow peregrinos stayed in this nice, 18th century farm house converted into hotel facility. This place is 800-1000m from town, so be prepared to walk a little more to get there after this long day of walking. Wifi is very weak, can only get it if you are in the main building. It has its own restaurant which has... More

We were so happy to get to stay in this gem of a hotel. We were on as bike trip and arrived at this hotel grateful for the whole experience. It is so lovely in every way. The grounds are so beautiful and spotless with amazing attention to detail. It has been immaculately restored from a 1750ish manor including a... More

Stayed here on the camino and it was our favourite stop by far. We arrived there at the end of our longest day walking and it was such a wonderful surprise. It's 1.4 km off the route but worth it. Our room (superior) was gorgeous. The view from our room and terrace very special. The food and service excellent. We... More
