As you drive through the rusty half closed gates, the forbidding, prison like grey walls and weed strewn gardens don't make a good first impression. Built (shoddy finish, blown plaster, leaking walls and window frames)around 10 years ago from local materials and doubtless with loads of EU Funding, the place now needs a thorough update.
