“We only stayed one night....and that was too long”

We were booked for two days and we expected to have spa time, thermal water pool, massages and beauty treatments. We checked in and went to book these, but were told that it was totally booked up and there was not a single thing available. We went to see the restaurant and found the halls full of elderly sickly people... More

The hotel is listed as four star, but it rates at most 2 stars. The rooms are ok, but extremely minimal. One positive feature is that the grounds around the hotel are pretty, with a number of fountains and ponds. But the negatives far outweight the positives. The staff were irresponsible, neglecting in several instances to pass on phone messages... More
