This hotel is very new and conveniently situated about 15kms off the AP7 - ideal for an overnight stop on the way south. The two brothers who man the Reception (one in the day, one in the evening) speak good English and are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel were very willing when we wanted to swap our original room for one with a double bed (if you book in advance, I suggest you specify if you want a double bed as most Spanish hotels seem to allocate twin beds as the norm). The hotel restaurant served a truly marvellous 3 course evening meal for just 11 Euros per person with plenty of choice at each course and the guy on Reception came into the restaurant, unprompted, to translate the menu for us! One word of warning - the restaurant didn't open until 9pm - quite late for most northern European travellers but it was worth the wait.
