“WE HATED IT AND DEFINITELY WON'T GO BACK”

I did not like anything about this hotel. The hotel was advertised as being the closest hotel to the theme park - in fact it was a 45 minute drive. the hotel was of poor standard - rooms very basic overlooking a busy road and a huge noisy factory behind. “Excellent hotel, but not near much”

We booked Hotel Hidalgo as a first night hotel since we were flying into Madrid and heading south. We had intended to stay in Aranjuez, but were not able to find a satisfactory hotel, most likely since we were booking only a short while in advance.
