Edge of town in industrial park, great rooms and bathrooms, well-serviced, but communal areas could do with a good clean. May just have been out of season, but very empty with minimal staff. Poor qulaity dining, so find somewhere else to eat.

I'm a coach driver so usually expect pretty rough hotels while I'm on tour but this hotel was absolutely outstanding. I was travelling with a School jazz band from the UK and everyone on the coach was overwhelmed by the quality of this place.
I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE wanting a central base for exploring the basque country....
